I do use the Kore 2 hardware as a midi controller for Live 8: With the Midi learn function I can easily assign Kore 2 knobs to the parameters of i.e. effect A in track A. But if I move the focus to track B (which has effect B) Kore is still controlling effect A. The Kore knobs seem to be assigned to a particular instance of a effect, not to the effect in general. (Unlike APC 40, which controls always the effects that have fokus.)
Similar with the line faders: I assigned knob one to line fader one. That works well but again Kore does not seem to be assigned to track one in general but to the specific track, which happened to be in position one when I assigned the knob to it. If I move the track to position two, then the knob one in Kore is controlling the second track.
And last question: The Midi assignments are only working in one set, If I open an other Live set, they are not set there.
Can you confirm this behaviour or am I doing something wrong?
