Axiom pro 49 problems

Hi there,...

every now and then when ever I'm adding tracks/changing plugins or re-arranging tracks (no matter if it's session or arranger) my keys stop working, their LCD stuck on the last parameter and live itself keeps working for several min/secs and then it stuck...if I'll shut down my axiom it will partially revived, i can save and some times quit (though not all the time) and i have to restart my computer to try my think again...

is that a common problem ? any suggestions ?
everything is updated both ableton and the axiom drivers...

this problem doesn't accrue all the time.. but recently it started happening more often...
I'd love to know if there is an answer to it ?> is it common and any suggestions about what to do ?!
