Sometimes I want to take a project from work to my main studio at home. Whenever I do this, the whole project always starts a whole bar off. In other words, I hit the space bar and the clips start playing a bar later. Even more annoying is when I try to lay vocals over there's a delay in the microphone.
F.Y.I. my home computer is very fast and I never have any problems with massive projects done here. Conversely, my work computer is very slow and has a one bar latency. Why is this latency carrying over and how do I get rid of it?
