ummm anyone able to explain
why my cursor won't change into the speaker so I can start hearing the clip from any point within the clip, all the sudden that's gone. The clips are warped, anything else to look for? the magnify is available still, but the speaker no.

in clip view hit the other buttons to change which view the clip is showing. there's envelope view and sample view, go to sample view. it's the squiggly lines IIRC.
