Back to arrangement button won't assign to anything

hello, im running live 8.2 on a new mac, and the back to arrangement function doesnt work with F10,
or with any midi cc or key command i assign to it in live. all others work fine, is there anything i could
be doing wrong to cause this not to work? or is just some kinda bug?

Maybe u need to press the "fin" key if u use laptop.
