Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this...
Open Stylus RMX in Live 4 (latest versions of each program). In RMX, add the flanger effect to a track, then turn the depth knob on the flanger all the way left, down to 0.0000. On my machine, doing this causes everything to freeze up. This does not happen when I do the same thing with RMX under Cubase SX, so must be something in Live. Either it's a bug, or maybe I have overlooked something obvious in Live.
