Lucifer VST - Guide

I need some help please, this is my first post:

I am having trouble using the Lucifer vst. I have already READ THE MANUAL, but am still having some trouble using lucifer to manipulate live audio (ie: audio from another channel) - Can Lucifer actually do this???

I can get it to load a .wav file from within the vst itself, and then mangle the sound/beat juggle that sound. But I want to use it for "live sound" from a particular channel from my dj set.

I ALSO THOUGHT WE COULD USE THIS POST TO HELP OTHER NEW USERS OF LUCIFER TO GET TO KNOW THERE WAY AROUND THE VST. AS IT IS A BIT OF A HANDFULL, AND THERE IS NOT MUCH ELSE POSTED HERE ON THE ABLETON FORUMS...

I just know that alot of live users use this vst thats why i posted here.

Also thought, that being such a great vst, people may want to discuss how they use it etc???
