Upgrade to Leopard snow??

I own a black macbook (core2duo 2.4) and im thinking about upgrading from leopard to leopard snow, as far as i kwno its a 64bit os....lie will run with no issues, logic too, but my main concern are plug ins, not all synths of fx i own are 64 bit.Im also not a mac genious so id like to know if leopard snow will run 32bit plug ins or i need 64bit version only?? i own plug ins like B4 wich is discontinued so theres no 64bit version for example...

Just buy it. SL works in 32 mode by default
