Ins and outs (Live and Bidule)

Hi everyone.
I have to some extent figured out how to let midi flow between Plogue Bidule and Live. Now is the time for audio...
The simple choice is to choose "external in" for a track in Live but them anything else has to be shut down and master out in Live has to be zeroed, otherwise there is a nice ear tearing feedback.
But, happily, Live (as master) recognizes Bidule (slave). A great option of sub choices for "audio in" when Plogue Bidule is choosen. The easiest then will be "1/2 Bidule out 1, Bidule out 2". Fair enough.
Nothing comes in, though, when Bidule is running.
Live has in the audio options:
Driver Type:
MME/DirectX
Input audio device Realtek AC97 Audio DX or Realtek AC97 Audio DX
Output (same choices)

In Bidule the choices for me are, when loading an audio device:

Audio Devices - Duplex - MME - Realtek...
Audio Devices - Output - MME - Microsoft Soundmapper.. or Realtek...
or
... ... ...Output - Windows Directsound - Primary Sound driver or Realtek...

My sound card stinks, but I guess I should be able anyway to direct to out from Bidule to Live.
Any ideas?
