Exporting audio?

hello,
I was just wondering whats the best bit rate/sample rate to export in to achieve the best sound quality.

Also, I convert all of my songs into 320 mp3's, so when exporting out of ableton which exporting options would be the best to go with so the quality isn't stripped with converting.

Generally, I Do 44100 sample rate and a bit rate of 16. I am satisfied with the quality, but maybe i am missing something that can achieve better results.

I use the Triangle setting.
