DELAY when switching modes in the Launchpad!

Yes, The Resident Ableton Forum Div is back.

I am STILL getting a delay when I am switching from Session mode to User 1 or User 2 mode on my Launchpad. It is really jarring during my practice sets. What is the dealio here? I only have the launchpad and my headphones plugged in. Using 12% CPU, no external hard drives or USB attachments. Hmm.

Do you have any particular Automap templates running?

Gosh, I am so sorry I haven't replied to this--for some reason I didn't get this email notification?!! I need to go back and check my settings.

Anyway....I actually do not have any version of Automap running. I didn't download it, at least I don't think I did. What should I look for? Thanks!! :)

Hmm - that does sound odd. To make sure I have your situation right, you have no other USB devices (interfaces or controllers or hard drives or other) plugged in? You'll want to contact Technical Support about this: http://www.ableton.com/support. Thank you.

No. No other USB drives are installed while I'm using the Launchpad and Live Intro. But---here's the weird part, it didn't delay at all yesterday when I was practicing my set! LOL I used the program a few separate times yesterday and all was fine. Bizarre. The situation might have resolved itself somehow? I'll go ahead and contact Support just in case, but this may have just been a one-off. *fingers crossed* Thanks. :)
