Hey there all, first time poster long time watcher lol
I have a issue that been doing my head in lately, so after doing a huge search about this problem i decided to throw it out there as im sure im not the only one that has this same issue...
I have 2 seperate Macs both with ableton installed and running fine, one os my laptop and the other my studio comp, i use ableton purely for music production, i want to basicly be able to keep both copies exactly the same with all the same content such as, same content, same packages blah blah blah
So the first way i though would be simply having a single copy of ableton loaded onto an external HD and just always plug that HD in when ever i go to use Ableton.... This kinda worked for a bit but i noticed that it was freezing and stalling, possibly due to speed of external HD anyhoo
So is there a way to keep both copies of Ableton consolidated exactly the same??
P.S. i do understand that i will have to install all plugings individually on each comp
