logic and live
I just got Logic 5 and am confused about setting up live via rewire. All my input channels are greyed out so I can't select. Any logic users have tips for setting up live and rewire in LAP.
they shouldn't be greyed out if you have a ReWire app installed ... if that's not the case then there's obviously no options.
select an audio track and look in parameters box input line where it should say which track you're currently on. You then go through the pop-up (Instruments-->Other) and select the L Master Out of your rewire app. On another track you select the R Master out, pan them hard left and right, respectively, and open live.
Another possibility why you don't see rewire is that you have no ASIO compatible sound device.
regards,

Look at the post date that you're quoting. It's from 2002 and it's outdated.BinaryB wrote:So I need an ASIO driver to use Ableton6 rewired into Logic7 on OSX ?FORMAT wrote:they shouldn't be greyed out if you have a ReWire app installed ... if that's not the case then there's obviously no options.
