Play ableton and other sound source at the same time

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me.

Im using live 8.3.1 on my laptop and want to have sound coming from live and another sound source such as youtube or soundcloud playing at the same time so i can watch tutorials online.

For some reason i can have only one or the other.

use a cheap second USB soundcard with Asio4All on it?
