clip volume change problems

Hi
I'm trying to change the volume of my midinotes in a clip in clipview but for some reason, dragging the red verticalline down or upwards wont effect the volume at all.. What's going on?? Works at non of my clips anymore btw.

Can someone help me please?

Make sure that the instrument that you are using this on has a Velocity setting for the volume level other than 0.
