Midi Device LFO

Post by emajcher » Thu Jan 13, 2011 6:23 am

I recently updated my Device LFO plugin on www.maxforlive.com with the added ability to control the triggering (or re-trigger) of the LFO via any or a specific midi note. Additional features include the usual suspects for waveforms, sync to transport for the LFO and update rate (or independent) and the ability to set the transition type for the midi value from one to the next. With a transition type of ramp, it will cause the midi parameter to jump from one value to the next, with ramp it will sweep the parameter from one value to the next at the same rate as the update interval. All parameters are logically mapped (order wise) for the APC40 knobs, can be automated and all settings are persisted with the live set. Enjoy and let me know of any issues!

Also ... if anyone has some interesting ideas for maxforlive plugins, but doesn't have energy to build'em (or is looking for help, I am not much of a idea person, most of my plugins that I write for myself are very utilitarian) let me know, I am always looking for ideas.

Thanks
Edward
