Upgraded to 4.0.4 and now the effects presets no longer work

I recently upgraded to 4.0.4 and now the presets for Live's audio effects no longer show. For example, before upgrading, if I pulled up EQ Four and clicked in its preset window, there would be numerous vocal presets. Now when I click on the preset window nothing happens.. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Hi epq,

from which version did you upgrade to Live 4.0.4 and on which computer platform?

Hi Alex,
Ah yes, I guess that info would help. I purchased Live 4.0 three months ago and recently upgraded through the website to 4.0.4. I am using a Mac os x.

Hi epq,

on OS X user preset are saved within the user's application support folder. Normally a new version of Live copies this folder so you do not have to make it manually.

If you have done an Eq4 preset with Live 4.0 it should be stored in:
"/User/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Live 4.0/UserPresets/EQ Four/".

So you just need to copy the "UserPresets" folder of Live 4.0 to the Live 4.0.4.
