APC40 and launching clips

Hi,

I seem to have an issue with launching clips using the APC 40 in Ableton.

Sometimes when I a launch a clip while I have another clip runnning, the launched clip, even though set with a 1 bar count in, will play 1/2 a bar too late. So rather than the first kick, it will come in on the snare.

I have no idea why this happens, but it has really caused me some grief.

Can someone tell me the exact settings I should have record/warp/launch as? I think thats the problem.

Is the 'global' launch set to 1 bar? If so.
Make sure in clipview launch is set to 'global'.

And the next thing will be to deselect "select on launch" in your preferences...
