Plugins Turned off always when first opening a saved set

So I just purchased a bunch of waves plugins. I am having an issue where I save a live session with let's say 50 tracks. Let's say 30 of them have may waves plugins loaded on them. When I re-open that set, they are turned off, but still appear to be on, however they're not active until I go in 1 by 1 and and turn them off then on. It's just kind of a pain to have to do every time I open the set. Any suggestions?
