need help with collect and save

I sketched out some ideas on my laptop (Macbook) I saved it then did collect and save and dragged it to an external HDD so that I could work on it further at my desktop (W7 PC).

But when I open it on the desk top the audiofiles are missing. I think I am new to mac and maybe just dont understand where the collect and save is going by default.

Anyway I want to collect and save on the lap top and then move the external drive to my desk top. How do I do this?

Saved "it" (the Live set?) where? It needs to be contained inside a project (see manual, use Live browser) before you do collect and save. Then you have to transfer the project (i.e. a special folder) to the other machine.
