This is what I need !
When Ableton team will implement a native OSC support ?
>It is a lot better than midi and unlimited in term of assignment possibilities thanks to its URL like system, which is what I need. Indeed, Midi can only assign 4144 different parameters (16 channels of 127 CC = 2032 + 12 notes by 11 octave by 16 channels = 2112, correct me if I'm wrong).
Plus I won't need anymore a third party program (OSCulator) to use my custom built TouchOSC template (see below), and I'll be able to fully use my iPad for my livesets. En effet, I use a two pages template, one to launch loops and the other one is for the effect of the tracks. (in that case Crokstar )
As I have a big liveset with more than 30 tracks to choose from, I have a lot of parameters to assign.
If you need more details on my liveset please ask, and if you have other experiences that can help the Ableton Team to consider the implementation of OSC in the next release, don't hesitate
