look out for tape simulation plugins. Ferox, if i remember correctly
or you can pretty much construct it yourself with chorus, saturation and eq

Just sounds like a resample of the piano with reverb looped and faded in to me...

I've not listened to the sound (I'm currently in a library, shhhhhh) but there will undoubtedly be a number of ways to get the same (or similar) sound. You've got three possibilities already, have a play around with them. And it will be down to your own perception which is closest anyway.

Try messing with Live reverb freeeze mode and post eq/resonan bp filter etc?
