Shutting down a ReWire application
When I open Ableton Suite 8, I get a message saying that "Live has detected another active ReWire master application. No ReWire applications will be available for use with Live unless you quit the current ReWire master application and restart Live." I am trying to figure out to find out which application this is and shut it down so I will stop getting this message. How would I go about doing this?

what other rewire programs do you use?
it used to be that deleting all evidence of rewire from your computer (like, registry editing on PC) and reinstallation of rewire, could help with errors. but haven't heard much discussion of that for a couple years (?)

Well, the only ReWire application I have used so far was that from FL Studio.

I've just started getting the same message. I use Reason and Record but haven't fired them up for weeks. Not sure why this has happened all of a sudden.
