PLEASE ADD PICKUP MEASURES!!

Can you please allow me to have pickup time in the arrangment view. I really don't fancy starting a swell at measure 1 and having the actually beat 1 occur on measure 3.

This is already possible.

Just add a time sig change on the top bar and drag it around - that's the quickest way to discover the functionality. Zoom in to get finer resolution. Pickup bars are crosshatched.
