How do I create an instrument rack from multiple presets?

I want to create what the Live manual calls a "preset bank" - an instrument Rack with a bunch of chains, where I can scroll through each chain using the chain select mapped to a controller knob. What I'd like to do is select all of the kick presets under Live Devices->Drum Rack->Kick and drop them onto an Instrument Rack. Live doesn't seem to like this - it won't let me drop multiple presets onto a single rack. Is there any way to do this automatically? Adding each preset one by one using the mouse is very tedious... Thanks for any tips.
