I'm not sure if there's a way to doy automatically, but you can manually adjust the gain fader in each clip window to get them all in the same level.
If recording is what you're doing, I recommend to be organized and record all guitars for example, then all bass, and so on, also keeping track of your diferent setups and configurations by writing them down will provide the same volume level when you have to come back working in a track.

Theres always limiting / compression but you should only use these in the right manner.
For my clips I always normalise them before using them in live.
