How do I uninstall MAX/MSP/Jitter on a MAC?

I tried the Max4Live demo and uninstalled what I could from Live's preferences (M4L devices etc.). I couldn't find anything after googling informing how I can uninstall Max/MSP/Jitter. Can anyone help?
