MPK25 Freezing/Crashing 8.2.1 and 8.2.2

Hey guys/gals,

Starting up Live is fine with the MPK25 plugged in, all the controls work perfectly for about a minute, then the controller stops communicating to the program. It stays like that for another minute (while I'm able to keep using the Live), then returns to normal. I'm able to use everything the way I want for a while, then the whole program flatlines and crashes.

I found out that when it crashes, the sync out indicator is usually on. Also, when the program stops responding, I can unplug the MPK25 and the program comes back to life (but when I plug it back in, there's no communication between the controller and Live, so I have to restart anyway).

Anyone out there in Abletonia have a similar issue? I've contacted support about this, but haven't gotten any response back yet.
