Trying to purchase Suite 8 upgrade but the shop wont let me.

Hi all,

It says "Your card could not be identified. Please contact your issuing bank"

I called my bank and they talked me through the payment process and confirmed I was entering everything correctly, but ableton shop allways gave me that same error message...?

Im stumped, theres only a few hours left of the 50% off max4live sale Ived been trying for the last hour and I have to go out now... whats going on, anyone else had this before?

I contacted ableton support but they didn't provide any help or solutions.

I got the same message again now, trying to purchase max for live.

Such a shame, I wish there was actually someone at ableton that could help as they just seem to tell me stuff thats already on the website.

Its clearly something wrong in the shop, my bank says everything is in order and Ive made many international purchases online with no problems.

I hope I dont miss out on my discount for max4live, Its bad enough Im gonna have to pay in Euro's now...
