Looping 2 channel input and routing to 3 outputs

Post by Robertsonics » Tue May 17, 2011 4:56 pm

My customized guitar has a 2-channel output. In session view, I've set up one audio track to accept mono input from channel one, feed a stereo effect and then output to my stereo mains. I set up a second audio track to accept mono input from channel two and output to a separate (third) output channel (separate speaker).

I want to be able to loop both audio tracks with a footswitch Kid-Beyond style. Press a footswitch to start, press again to define end of loop. I know how to do this by inserting the looper into the first audio track, but how can I get the second audio track to record at the same time as the first with the same starting and ending.

In other words, I want un-quantized live looping with 2 channels of input feeding 3 channels of output.

Any ideas?

I dont understand why you would want to do that but adding a simple on both tracks then using a midi foot controller and assign the multilbutton of the looper for both tracks to same midi foot controller..
