I've got a tech request in with Novation's Answerbase support, but haven't heard anything back from them save for the auto-reply that acknowledged the fact that I sent a request. I'm trying to determine if this is simply due to a bad Launchpad (easily remedied by heading to my local Guitar Center and swapping it out, but I've got less than a month left to make that decision and my local Guitar Center isn't exactly local) or some other unknown issue like driver conflicts between versions (those on the disc that came with the Launchpad weren't the latest), corrupted driver files, etc. I have no idea where the Novation drivers for the Launchpad are kept on my Mac (latest quad-core 17" w/ 8GB RAM, latest version of Snow Leopard, etc.), so I don't know how to uninstall them so I can try starting fresh. Anyone else have a similar issue? Remedies? Time's runnin' out! Thanks!
