Launchpad Mapping

Hey guys, i have a novation launchpad and I want to make the following mapping but i dont know how. Any help?

I want to use the first 4 channels of session view to trigger my clips on ableton as usual
Then i want to use the remaining 4 channels of the launchpad to trigger effects like low kill mid kill high kill etc. I want to have visuall feedback on these parameters and i want them in a different color(example red) from my clip launching buttons.

Any ideas?, i want to remain everything as simple as posible. Trying not to use automap or any external midi software.

I imagine you'll want to abandon this restriction if you are looking to remap the controls of the launchpad and receive visual feedback to the pads.
