Is it Legal to use Live logo on my website?

I have the Logo download but am unsure if there are copyright issues with using the logo on my site. I think its ok since they offer the logo but I am unsure? :?:

Ableton won't like it. They wouldn't even let us use the session view button for the Abletonlivedj.com site.
