akai mpk mini problems

Hey guys,
I'm new here so I'll try not to be too noobish.

I've looked over the search and can't find anything that relates to my problem so here goes:

I recently got an akai mpk mini and use it with ableton. I've found that the middle E key doesn't work. Would you reckon it was some kind of programming error or hardware?

I got it off ebay internationally so I really hope I won't have to return it.

OK, first sorry to say its not the case of my mini, works just fine.I did noticed thought that this happens with some VST's on different keys. Most of the time its because of either a keyboard split or because that key has a program change function.

1 - your key could have been dammaged
2 - Open the Mini editor and verify the set up
3 - try your mpk with another daw (Try a free one like reaper)
4 - try to change your cable
