Recently, Live 4.1 has been crashing on my Powerbook G4. Unfortunately, there's no clear cut reason or course of action that causes it. From Native Instruments Plug-Ins, to the Simpler, to playing back Sessions that have played and worked flawlessly before, to just playing basic audio clips... it crashes, usually it will stop playing (with the play button still on) and just disappear. Furthermore, it's causing OS X to crash, even causing a Kernel Panic to occur. If anybody has any thoughts on the matter, please let me know. I've tried several things to no avail (trashing Live's pref files, running OnyX for overall system maintenance, trashing other audio related pref files, etc.). Also, Reason 2.5 seems to be suffering a similar fate... it too is crashing for no clear cut reason...

I have an M-Audio Firewire 410, but I wasn't/haven't been using it in the past few days or so. It's crashed while using it, but Live has also crashed when the 410 hasn't even been plugged into my Powerbook's Firewire port after a fresh reboot and everything. I think I saw your reports of M-Audio's Firewire gear being not so good... but I haven't experienced a bunch of craziness with my 410 in the past, it's actually worked nicely.
