I can't write a slash in session view - (for example 4/4) with an english keyboard configured as a french keyboard.
I bought an english MacPro, but use a French OS with the keyboard configured as Canadian french.
When I try to write a '/' slash, it won't write in the scenes. The weird part is that it will work in arrangement view, when I insert a time signature.
Is this a bug?

Can you just copy/paste from a track title in arrangement view into whatever you need to edit in session view?

You could use the Keyboard Viewer.
Go to System Preferences, there to Language & Text, and to Input Sources. On the list to the left, activate the Keyboard & Character viewer (you can also activate different language layouts for your keyboard).
Now, make sure Show Input menu in menu bar is ticked. That way, you'll get an icon on the menu bar (if you have multiple language layouts, it'll be the flag of the currently selected one, otherwise, it'll be the Keyboard & Character Viewer icon). In it, if you select keyboard viewer, you'll get a small window where you can see where every character is in your keyboard. If you hold Shift, Option, or Shift + Option, it'll show the characters you get by holding those keys plus the keystroke.

Thanks, the keyboard viewer doesn't work, but the symbol viewer works; if I take the Mathematical slash, it will not input, but if I take the punctuation slash, I can input it.
I still think Ableton could fix that in a future update...
