Sry for this newbie quest

Sry for this newbie quest
I've used live 4, went to the mpc. Came back to live 8. Im lost. I'm sampling a record and I have a bunch of samples that are 3.3 bars or so. How do I stretch those samples into four bar loops. I'm very sorry for the newb quest.
