How to auto read BPM in Ableton 8

I recently updated to Live 8. I am unable to get it to automatically analyze a sound file and give me the BPM. This function is a little different from Live 7. Can anybody give me a run down? I used to just drop the file in and it would analyze and give me a number (example 85.01 BPM) Now if I hit Warp it just conforms it to whatever the project BPM is (default 120) but thats not accurate. I need it to tell me the actual BPM or its best guess in order for me to sync it to the MIDI clock. I used to do this all the time in Live 7 but now it's different and its tripping me up. Any advice would be appreciated.
