How to export entire track of midi data to another project

Hi everyone,

I'm wanting to merge some midi tracks from older project into a new project I'm currently working on. I know I can export an individual track by converting all the midi data and VST presets into an audio track via the "Export Audio/Video" option and then send that to another project but in doing so I will lose all control of the VST and effects presets etc. The other option is the "export midi clip" but once again, that still is not capable of exporting an entire Midi track and all it's controllable VST presets which is what I need to do.

Does anyone have any knowledge of how to do this?

Open your new Live project. In the Live browser, open the folder with your old project. From there, just drag the desired track into the new project. Simple as that
