I've lost my NI Massive installer! Can you help? (Solved)

Hello,
I had to reinstall my MacBook Pro from scratch a few days ago and when I wanted to reinstall my NI Massive synth, I realized that I only made a backup of the updates files.
Version 1.2.1 is the last one I think. Since I bought a download version last year, I don't have any installation CD at home. :roll:
The problem is that when I try to install the plug-in, I get an error message saying "Failure. No previous installation found. Please run the full product installer before running this update installer". :evil:
I have sent an email to Native Instruments (support) but they didn't answer me yet. I will see how serious they are concerning their clients support.
Is there someone here that could send me a private link to the installer for Mac OS X Universal Binary so that I can download and reinstall it?

Thank you mate but I've already checked my NI client account and all I can download here is the Massive update 1.2.1 (that I already have) and the Japanese manual (!). I can't download the product installer. Is it because I bought a download version instead of a box version? If it is the reason, shame on NI!

Contact NI support and they will be able to reset the download link for you.

Then back up the installer on disk.

Yes, that's what I did, but I'm still waiting for their answer. I hope it won't take too long, I need my Massive synth for a new project.

From memory you can download the demo then update over the top and activate it in Service Centre?

Catalyst, you are brilliant!
I've downloaded the demo for Mac and I didn't even have to install my update above since the demo is already a 1.2.1 version!
I just had to enter my licence number in NI Service Center, et voilà!
