Midi Track has Audio To

Post by Slowe » Sun Aug 07, 2011 6:34 pm

This might be stupid, but whenever I create a new Midi track it has both the "Midi From" and "Midi To" controls, but as soon as I put anything on the Midi track it changes the "Midi To" to "Audio To." I'm trying to use iZotope's Stutter Edit but without the ability to change the "Midi To" option it is useless. I can't for the life of me find an answer for this anywhere.

Thanks,
Slowe

I made a blank midi channel. I placed stutter edit wherever I wanted (master?, return?), then routed that midi channel to stutter edit :)

OK that works, but why is it switching my "Midi To" to "Audio To"? I had the Stutter Edit working on one Midi track before but I don't know why it changed it to "Audio To" now.
