Warping he

I have got some stems for a track that has been made live and as such is not quantized. On importing the kick, Ableton quantizes the kick nicely so it drops onto the snap points on the grid. However when I add the other parts it warps them individually and they aren't synced with the kick. Is there a way that I can have all of the other stems follow exactly the same warping as the kick so they're all perfectly synced as they were in the original mix?
