rendered video synch problem

This has no doubt been posted over and over but I can't it. I have been trying to accomplish the seemingly simple task of creating a video in live 8.2.1. I am using video and a wave file and, in session view, everything is synched up fine...then, after exporting, the rendered video plays out of synch. Any help is appreciated.
