hello everyone
i am much confused the past few hours and i need some help.
yesterday afternoon i got my hands on my new macbook pro with lion pre-installed.
i want to install ableton but there is a confusion with the compatibility with osx lion.
now my question is: should i download live 8 suite with all my add-ons (library, max for live, operator etc.) from the ableton site, authorize them and then upgrade to the beta version for lion?
or go strait for the beta version and authorize that?
thanks in advance
phipo
MBP OSX Lion and ableton, help needed
Re: MBP OSX Lion and ableton, help needed
hi again
so i installed the original version 8.2.2 (and all my extras) and everything looked to be working fine until i connected my launchpad and enabled "remote" in the midi section.
as suggested in the thread by ableton stuff, i disabled the multy-core and so far so good.
i haven't found any other problems, and haven't installed the beta version...for now.
i wanted to delete this post, but seems i don't have this option.
