Saving Into the Browser

Post by sowhoso » Mon Aug 29, 2011 10:22 pm

I have always saved bits and pieces of ideas directly into the browser by dragging all the pertinent tracks. I don't want them as projects in separate folders. very convenient and works fine...most of the time

but I always have a problem when dragging in tracks with Kontakt or SampleTank. They start re-loading samples and usually cause Live to crash when doing this

is there another way to save just the .als file without dragging into the browser?

thx!
