Tempo problems

Hello !

I'm a newbie with Ableton Live and started using the software lately. In my project I have several drum tracks recorded in studio from each drum mic. The wave-files are the same in lenght, but when I import them in the sequencer the audio seem to start in different time for each track. Even if I fix the starting time that the audio in all tracks start at the same time, still every track seems to be in their own tempo and be off after 10 seconds comparing one to another. Could someone help me to figure this problem out ?!? Thanks !

Highlight them all and turn warp off in the clip settings.
