Live & windows issue

Hi there,

So, just wondering if anyone's seen this before; start Live, close it, wonder why your laptop fan is in overdrive, go to task manager, notice that Live is still actually running, and taking a hefty portion of the CPU. Kill process, job done.

This isn't release specific; It happened when I had 8.2.something and i've just updated, and the same thing happened again.

Anyone happen to know why this is doing it?

I had this some months ago.
after an efficient virus scan everything went back in order.

I only did the scan because my whole laptop system [freshly installed though] was weirdly slow.
then as I said I saw that live was shutting down efficiently again. Amen
