blue hand and ...wont work properly

ok .im trying to work with maschine as midi controller for abletone live 8.maschine pads will work for few sec and will stop,knobs are working fine .cant get to work blue hand (did everything mentioned on the blog about blue hand )blue hand lights up but when i try to control it with maschine no response . please where i have to look to sort dis out ?
mac os x 4gh memory,midi fighter,x1 controllers(native instruments)maschine 1.7,edirol keyboard,audio 10 interfase ,djm 800,abletone live 8.
