Using program changes to call scenes

another issue i'm having(now that i totally abandonned the pitch change thing for now)

what i need to do is have live change scene according to the program change sent when i change pattern on the esx, i thought it would be trivial, but it happens to be more trouble than moving the whole set in live

I'm on ma so please no pc only solutions

I tried midi pipe and piz midiconvert and it's not working
Plus I have 256 program changes in 2 banks so I need to convert it to notes on 2 channels to have all 256

It's a real pain ableton just blocked program changes in control mode and sysex everywhere
Really pissed off right now that a 600$ soft sucks so much at basic functions
