Copy a Scene to another song?

Post by DCC » Sat Feb 19, 2005 8:31 pm

Can you copy a scene to another song? I thought I had read LIVE 2 by Dave Hill that this could be done... but don't see this mentioned in either the .pdf, and can’t find anything about it now that I am looking through the Hill book again.

you mean you don't know if it's possible to ask such basic questions when ther's all this fuss about RTFM? :P

select the clips of any scene
copy them (Ctrl-C)
close the set
open the new set and paste the clips (Ctrl-V).
easy!

Copying a scene is the same as copying tha clips in the scene, so copying the clips and pasting them in another song is possible.

Select a scene, edit copy, new song, edit paste scene.

Copy/paste works in arrangement too between songs.

Copy/paste from saved sets is in the wishlist of some, as you can se in mine here:
